Lynn’s depth of experience in the dental industry and in all areas of practice management gives her a unique perspective on today’s dental practice. With her strong interpersonal skills and varied experience in the dental office for 25 years, as an office manager, assistant, and business coordinator, Lynn has a special capability to identify trouble spots and solve them quickly.   

After enjoying a long a successful career as a consultant with a national dental consulting firm The Pride Institute, she founded Lynn Garber Consultants in 1982.

Since then, Lynn has helped hundreds of dentists nation-wide into the seat of success. From in house consulting to seminars for associations, Lynn stands ready to leverage her 25 years of comprehensive skills and knowledge to meet your unique needs.

Lynn’s special “team building” approach teaches both the staff and the Dentist how to reach and implement solutions to heighten morale, improve organizational skills, and result in the ultimate goal of any dental practice – improved production and profitability.
